2.My dear party faithful, supporters, and the good people of Obubra/Etung Federal Constituency,
It has come to my attention that false rumours and misleading information are being circulated in certain quarters suggesting that I have stepped down or intend to step down for another aspirant ahead of the forthcoming House of Representatives primaries.
3.I wish to categorically state that these claims are entirely false, baseless, and should be disregarded by the public.
4.My aspiration to represent the good people of Obubra/Etung Federal Constituency remains strong, focused, and fully on course. This journey is driven by a sincere commitment to quality representation, grassroots development, youth empowerment, improved infrastructure, and the overall progress of our constituency.
5.I entered this race after extensive consultations with stakeholders, community leaders, youths, women, and party faithful across the constituency. The overwhelming support and encouragement I continue to receive daily further strengthens my resolve to remain in the contest until the very end.
6.Politics should be about service, integrity, and the collective interest of our people—not propaganda, intimidation, or misinformation.
7.I therefore urge my supporters to remain calm, united, and focused as we approach the primaries.
8.I have immense respect for every aspirant in the race, and I believe the democratic process should be allowed to take its rightful course in a free, fair, and transparent manner.
9.Let me assure the people of Obubra/Etung that I remain fully committed to this aspiration and will continue engaging with party faithfuls and stakeholders across the constituency.
10.Together, we shall build a stronger and more prosperous Obubra/Etung Federal Constituency.
